These Terms & Conditions ("Terms & Conditions") 2 Win Platform ("Platform" or "Website") and governs the use of all services provided through its associated mobile application. 2 WinBy registering with or using the platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Key definitions used in these Terms:

• "We" / "Our" / "Company" — the company operating 2 Win.
• "You" / "User" / "Member" — the individual registered on the platform and using the Service.
• "Account" — your personal registered profile on 2 Win.
• "Bet" — any Sports Betting, casino game, or other wagering activity.
• "Balance" — Cash funds or bonus credits held in your account.
• "Service" — All betting, gaming, and financial services provided on the 2 Win platform.

Registration Terms

To open an account with 2 Win, you must meet the following requirements and provide accurate information:

• Each person may only open one account one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same identity, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• Provided at Registration Name, address, phone number, and date of birth Must be truthful and accurate.
• If false or incorrect information is provided during registration, 2 Win reserves the right to close the account and withhold any remaining balance.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. They must not be shared with anyone.
• You are solely responsible for all activity carried out on your account.

Account Verification (KYC)

2 Win Identity verification (KYC) may be requested at any time, particularly before withdrawals. Required documents may include:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport

• Once confirmed, bets cannot generally be changed or cancelled. Cash Out Where available, bets may be cashed out early under specific conditions.
• If an event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed indefinitely, the original stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a technical error, 2 Win reserves the right to void that bet.
• Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds (e.g. below 1.00) will be automatically voided.

Live Betting Rules

• In live betting, odds change in real time. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• If a bet cannot be completed due to a lost internet connection, it will be treated as void.
• If there is evidence of match-fixing or any irregularity in an event, 2 Win reserves the right to void all bets associated with that event.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure:

• Arbitrage Betting — placing opposing bets on the same event across different platforms to secure a risk-free profit
• Placing bets using another person's account
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Exploiting technical errors or incorrect odds
• Abusing the bonus system

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit is ৳300. No processing fees apply to deposits.
• Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, or USDT.
• Deposited funds are credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits must be made from your own mobile banking or bank account. Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000.
• Withdrawals must be processed via the same method used for the original deposit.
• KYC verification may be mandatory for first-time or large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes, though additional time may be required for verification.

Welcome Bonus — General Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to each new member once only.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — a specified amount must be wagered first (Wagering Requirement)।
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• Bets placed using bonuses may be restricted to specific categories.

Bonus Abuse Policy

Bonuses will be cancelled and the account may be placed under review in the following circumstances:

• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts
• Multiple members of the same household claiming bonuses from the same device or connection
• Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements
• Placing artificial bets to abuse the bonus system

2 Win prioritizes responsible gaming above all else. Betting is for entertainment — not a source of income. To help ensure this, we provide the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Decide in advance the maximum amount you wish to wager within a given period.
• Session Limit: Set a daily limit on how much time you spend on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a betting break for a set period — from 1 day up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Deactivate your account for 6 months or permanently.

• Use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to keep your account secure.
• Logging in from an unrecognized device will require OTP verification.

• Your information is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

2 Win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated
• If an account is registered using false or fraudulent information
• If the account is identified as belonging to a minor
• If money laundering or any other illegal activity is suspected
• If the bonus system or any technical vulnerability is exploited
• If multiple accounts are operated

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded after the investigation is complete. If fraud is established, the balance may be forfeited.

If you have a complaint about a bet outcome or transaction, please follow the steps below:

2 Win reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. For significant changes:

• You will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before any changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request account closure — any valid balance will be refunded.
